I was expecting the premium to increase once my policy renewed (something progressive did every time), but it actually decreased upon renewal. Thank you Rob & Co. for being awesome.

Friendly staff that do what they said they were going to do. We have been working with Jamie and he absolutely wants the best for their customers. Lisa was pleasant to work with and called State Farm on my behalf as I wasn't getting anywhere with the automated process. I was a bit frantic and confused but that quickly went away with Lisa's assistance. Lisa went above and beyond when she didn't even have to, for this I am extremely grateful.
