  If I could leave no stars I would ‼️ this Hampton location is so unprofessional my experience with them was rude and inconsiderate not 1 but 3 times I had to come back to this place 2 for rescheduling and 1 was my very first time here and the light skinned guy with glasses told me due to circumstances with my vehicle i couldn't get an interlock installed had go around for months not knowing what to do because the damage on my car wasn't easy to fix so I spent month trying to fix it just so I could get it installed then on top of that a person I found to fix my car stole my money never had any shop and I had to sue him and I am still waiting on my money. Months later I'm back at this place being rescheduled not 1 but 2 times the second time the guy with the glasses was rude to me on the phone I waited a whole hour to get an installation for them to reschedule me again because the tall dark skinned man said his knees were hurting and he wasn't even supposed to be at work idk what that has to do with me and my appointment but this is what was said to me I was frustrated and the lady I spoke to on the phone said she wouldn't recommend anyone to go here and she scheduled me for the location in Virginia Beach whom I've heard is the best installation technician they know and I wouldn't have to deal with those issues over there so I can't wait to have my installation done by some actually humane people with consideration to others and their situation. I wouldn't go this Hampton location because they are lazy, rude, inconsiderate, and always has a attitude Everytime I did go 10/10 definitely WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

  The whole process of completing the ASAP requirement sucked except for the interlock experience. I was actually at peace dealing with the whole company. I hope someone reads this and picks Drager, I was happy I did.

  This was actually the best part of the whole experience. The installer is understanding and extremely friendly. Unfortunately if anyone ever has to go through this I would highly recommend Ms. Sonya

  Perfect in and out great service great lady who runs the place very professional and courteous no problems I would highly suggested 100%
