  El señor es muy buena persona , y muy rápido cada ves que vengo a calibrar la máquina de mi carro , una ves me confundí , vine dos días antes de mi cita y el me dijo que yo estaba mal , pero aún así el me hizo el servicio , lo recomiendo , ahora estoy acá para que me remuevan la máquina

  I had my device removed last month. Andrew is very knowledgeable and nice. His personality is different but you just have to know how to take it and how to respond. He responded to a question I had when he was on vacation and is willing to adjust your appointment time if there is an issue and he is available. I only had one issue with the device and I was able to come in and have it corrected, Andrew was out of town but I was referred to the next nearest location and they were very helpful. It is an electronic device so we do have to remember that error's are bound to happen. I would also like to say/warn, with Covid, I did use hand sanitizer once after pumping gas and forgot that it contains alcohol, I failed my initial blow (since my hands were holding the device) but passed the re-take so I was fine, please keep that in mind, be careful when using sanitizer. I would definitely recommend this shop.

  Although it was an inconvenience, Andrew at the Fredericksburg office was, professional and knowledgeable. Glad it’s gone 😁

  Giving this a 3/5 due to professionalism and electrical issues with my car. Andrew Harper is very knowledgeable/capable but oftentimes was very short and not very personable. After having an appointment, my next was improperly scheduled and I was locked out of my device. Despite the fact that no one at Draeger could make sense of the sequence of events, I had my device removed no problem/in time. Lastly, my car ended up dying and having to be junked. My vehicle had zero issues prior, then ALL of a sudden has the ignition theft module lock up, and then the EMS started throwing codes. I had to have at home service calls the last few appointments, which charged almost double the monthly maintenance cost. I also had a random lockout that couldn't be explained (except for a forgetting to update appointment times on their end again). Anyone can cry foul either way, just giving my experience. Overall I am disappointed about my experience and wouldn't recommend them.
