    Used this company when I put myself in an unfortunate situation. Carlos at the Chesapeake location was always helpful, on time and professional. He answered his phone and return phone calls promptly. I did have an issue with the equipment about 3 months into having their services. It was quickly resolved due to Carlos's knowledge and professionalism. I don't know about other locations but the Chesapeake location was on point.

    Carlos at the Portsmouth location made our experience seamless. Having an interlock in your car isn't ideal but he was super knowledgeable, friendly and kind throughout the entire 6 months we had it in our car. He is quick to respond to any questions you may have, you don't have to wait to get in and is very quick with all the appointments. We have a hybrid and Drager was the only company that would do the install, Carlos made sure it was installed correctly and made sure that we would be covered if the device caused any issued. Great place to go to when you have to face the consequences of bad decisions!!
