    Thanks to the technician Khanh, the painful process was smooth and easy. When first started, there were some hiccups, but with the explanation and patience, the tech walked me through. Hopefully don’t have to come back here ( even though the tech was nice and friendly )

    Emad was amazing! Very polite and professional, he was very easy to talk to and explained everything very clearly. I had to reschedule a few times and he always made sure he could fit me in. I Never had any issues with my calibrations or the interlock it’s self . I had a great experience and strongly recommend drager in Sterling VA!!!

How does an interlock device work?

When you start your vehicle, you have to blow into a mouthpiece that’s connected to the ignition interlock device, sometimes called an in-car breathalyzer.
