  I love it here because its very nice and inexpensive. But from my experience so far Im having are neighbors behind me are getting to comfortable not respecting my property after asking nicely to please avoid wetting the back side of my rv, i work hard for my things, Mind you my storage door is already getting stuck and its full of hard water spots from neighbors keep spraying it.

  A lot of old RVs and motorhomes at this park but when you call them they say that only take new RVs. Poor advertising. You need to get the old RVs out and then advertise only new ones allowed.

  Great place to park your rv, travel trailer or 5th wheel. Bathrooms and laundry rooms are cleaned daily along with the pool which is nice in summer heat. Maintenance guys are great and the office clerks are respectful would recommend staying here.
