  We have always had positive experiences with the team from Roach Plumbing. Super responsive to a recent emergency at our home and the issue was resolved by day’s end- by friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable staff. When we’ve needed other services they have been timely and communicative. I have never felt like there was a push or “an upsell” for unnecessary services. I would recommend!

  Sean and his team did a full boiler and water heater install for us last winter. The old (40 years old) system had pretty much given up. The team accurately assessed the problems, tried a temporary fix, and within a couple of weeks, it was clear that the whole thing needed to be replaced. They were back out within a few days and replaced the old boiler and water heater in just a few hours. Nine months later and everything is as good as new -- no leaks, no problems. Highly recommended if you want the job done right.

  A HUGE shout out to Roach Plumbing and Heating. They always do a great job and today was no exception. I was having all 3 bathroom floors replaced and was in need of getting the toilets back into service. The flooring company would take them out but not put them back. I called on Monday and Sean said he'd put me on a will call. He called today to check on the floors' progress and had John come out at exactly the right time to reinstall the toilets! I am thrilled at how perfectly everything coordinated. Thanks again!
