  I couldn't make my first appointment which was fine. I tried to book a second one she told me she had a 11/1130 and would call back in 5 minutes because it was busy. She never called back and I called and left a voice mail. She called the next day and said they weren't taking anymore people and I could be seen during off season. I told her she never called back to confirm the appointment and she said she couldn't leave a VM which isn't true because I had no missed calls nor was there any VM. The vibe I received from here is very dismissive and if you have questions they seem like they try to rush you.

  Worse place ever. They are all very rude and are not knowledgeable in tax laws! Don’t recommend

  Just had the worst experience here. I’m a local business owner looking for a new accountant and tax representative. I got referred here by 2 people that have been coming here for years. I walked in to book a consultation appointment and was rudely dismissed and asked to leave by the front desk person. Her answer to me was google whatever I need to know because she is too busy to book my consultation. I called after leaving and asked to speak to a manager she answered, refused to transfer me to anybody and told me to stop calling there. I would never do business here and from the way that I was treated, I’ll make sure the two people that referred me. They are aware and they will probably move their business elsewhere as well.

  Andres has been doing my taxes almost 20 years now. Never had any problems, and he works on the weekends too. Love it
