  Gustavo and Miguel installed my new Daikin 7 Heat pump Purchased through RKM. World class installation in my opinion! They took their time and went above and beyond my expectations! I thought they were just changing my system but see the attached photos of what they did with my stand etc! Great job, worth every penny and would highly recommend RKM heating and Air!

  RKM called to remind me of system maintenance. Offered me two different times and I was able to choose a time and date that worked for me. Jay and Sean did a thorough inspection and cleaned up my HVAC. Needed to have a capacitor replaced. Not bad for a 19 year old system. Everything was completed on the same day.

  They scheduled me a estimate for the next day. James came out, saw what I wanted to have replaced & knocked it out that same day. Everyone was very honest & courteous. Nobody tried to sell me something I didnt want. James did a fine job & the price was fair. I couldn't be happier. Definitely will call them again for any further hvac work I need done.

  We used RKM Heating & Air Conditioning last year for our a/c repair. They told us then we would need to replace our 24 year old a/c unit in about a year, and they were right. Because of their professionalism and honesty last year, we called them again. From the call to their office help to their technicians, RKM is unmatched. Zach was helpful in coming out and giving us a bid. He is kind, respectful, and very knowledgeable. He made sure we understood everything. After checking a few places, we found that Dave and Zach gave a very fair price for our job. The next day, they sent out their technicians, Jesus and Jason. WOW! They were just as amazing! Again, they explained everything they were doing. They were respectful of our property and worked diligently in 101° weather to get the job done. Once they were completed they went through our entire system and explained each step clearly and made sure that we understood what was going on and what needed to be done now and in the future. I HIGHLY recommended RKM for your heating and a/c needs. I truly can't say enough nice things about this company. THANK YOU SO MUCH, RKM! You've made us life long customers!

  James came by today and was exceptional. Right before the heatwave RKM was able to send him out and tune up and address my issues with my hvac system. He made sure to go thru each line item and show me photos offering his input on each item and showing me prices for each solution. Riverside and inland empire are pretty hot areas and RKM provides an excellent experience with their team members showing professionalism and respect. I highly recommend RKM and James to service or maintain your hvac systems.
