We stayed in one of the presidential suites. The furniture was awful, stained and torn. The rug was stained and dirty. Under the kitchenette sink was some kind if brown stuff. Stained tiles above the bed and the Jacuzzi tub was horrendous. There was a missing button. We couldn't get it to turn on at all. Called the front desk and the attendant brought a pencil to poke in the hole to turn it on. The vents under the tub looked like someone urinated on them. Terrible experience

Lovely boutique property steps away from the Riverwalk. I just stayed here this weekend for a work conference. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Throughout my stay each member of the staff that I spoke to was warm and friendly. Special shout out to the kind vallets that greeted me so nicely and helped me with directions. Also be sure to see Denise at the Gavel for her smoked old fashion; It just might be the best old fashion that I’ve ever had. I look forward to staying at this property in the future.

No sé porqué tiene tan malos comentarios este lugar, si bien tiene algunos aspectos que podrían mejorar, en general me parece que está bastante aceptable, la habitación es espaciosa, las camas son cómodas, los baños están bien también, ningún problema con el agua caliente, buen aire acondicionado, al volver cada día las habitaciones se sentía que habían hecho bien la limpieza, nos cambiaron las toallas diario, lo único que efectivamente es real es que se escuchan ruidos del exterior pero nada grave, yo pude dormir perfectamente, lo único que me pareció inadecuado fue que 5 minutos antes de la hora de check out pasan a tocarte la puerta y a presionarte, fuera de eso buen servicio, si volvería

The hotel was very convenient to the Riverwalk and just far enough away from the main portion to avoid the crowds and noise from the street. The room was large and clean and the TV was large and worked well. Our room overlooked the pool and there was a lot of yelling from there until late. The hallway was also very noise until after 2AM . The room did come with a sound machine on the nightstand which was needed. The coffee shop was good. The Gavel Bar was a good place and Denise was a great bartender. The bathroom was adequate however it was old, out of date and water damaged along the floor. The pillows were the best in any hotel in years. The bed was horrible. The mattress was very hard and you could feel every spring. Maybe a mattress topper would help. The hotel system texted my many times to keep in touch during our stay. If the mattress was better it might warrant another star.
Our experience at this hotel was completely disappointing. Around 11:45 p.m., water started leaking from the ceiling in our room, soaking several of our belongings. We had to pack up everything and move to another room in the middle of the night — a major inconvenience after a long day.
The only compensation the hotel offered was a 15% discount, which merely covered the difference in price between the two rooms as we were downgraded. In other words, we were not compensated at all for the disruption, the stress, or the fact that our personal items got wet.
What’s worse is the complete lack of care or accountability from the hotel’s management. There was no compensation of any sort for the inconvenience caused. It’s clear that guest comfort and service are not priorities here.
Extremely disappointing experience — we would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel to anyone expecting even a basic level of care or professionalism.
