My younger dog goes to daycare and my oldest does day boarding (he’s a bit too anxious for daycare). They both love going and seeing all their human and dog friends!

I’ve been bringing my baby bear here since he was just a few months old—he just turned one—and the care has always been fabulous. They do a wonderful job taking care of our furry kids - everything from routine checkups to grooming by Vanessa. I highly recommend if you are in the area and looking for a vet team you can trust. It’s also easy to get an appointment quickly if there is anything urgent.

Are you open weekends?
Yes, we are open on weekends. Our Saturday hours are from 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM and Sundays from 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM.
My pet is experiencing an emergency, what should I do?
During regular office hours: If you have a pet that becomes ill or is injured, please call the hospital to alert our staff of your arrival and the type of emergency that your pet is experiencing. Of course, if you are unable to call, come directly to our location at at 3985 Grapevine Mills Parkway for emergency care and services. After-hours emergencies: Contact one of the below emergency vet clinics. Animal Emergency Hospital of North Texas or Flower Mound Veterinary Emergency & Specialty Center.

What vaccines does my pet need for boarding, grooming, and dog daycare?
Requirements for dogs and cats coming into the hospital for boarding, grooming, daycare, and/or day admittance, pets must be current with the following immunizations/parasite tests:
Dogs:
Rabies (initial vaccine booster after 1 year, then administered every 3 years thereafter)
DHPP (every three years)
Bordetella (every six months)
Bivalent Canine Influenza (H3N8 and H3N2) (yearly)
Fecal (yearly) * pet has tested negative within the last 12 months
Please note: Dogs over the age of 6 months are also required to be spayed or neutered to participate in group daycare activities.
Cats:
Rabies (initial vaccine booster after 1 year then, administered every 3 years thereafter)
FVRCP (every three years)
Fecal (yearly) * pet has tested negative within the last 12 months
Pets less than a year old need to have completed their vaccination series up to the Rabies vaccination to be admitted into boarding, dog daycare, and grooming. All vaccinations must have been administered by a licensed veterinarian. Due to the risk of being contagious, patients displaying potential respiratory illness, coughing, vomiting, and/or diarrhea must be scheduled for an appointment with a veterinarian, these pets are NOT eligible for day admission into the hospital. Pets must also be free of internal and external parasites (or will be treated at the pet owner’s expense).
