Meaning they worry about the experience of their customers as the foundation and that care means a lot of us are repeat customers year after year. That excellent service ensures their bottom line is protected by us. I think a lot of us go here first and only hit up the big box stores if they don't have what we need. A lot more independent businesses in many categories would do much better if they followed Chris and Co's example.
