They were kind, understanding, patient, Knowledgeable and answered all of my questions, no matter how ridiculous they were. The compassion they showed when having to help my 15 year-old cat, Puck, cross the rainbow bridge is something I will forever be truly grateful for. They made a very difficult time for me and my daughter a little bit easier. Thank you to the staff for taking such good care of my baby before and after his passing. I know he loved all of the head scratches, cuddles, and treats that y’all gave him while he was with y’all.

They're not open on Saturdays but they do have a drop-off program that works really well. Drop your pet off in the morning and pick up in the evening. They'll work them in between appointments. Definitely recommend.

Do I need an appointment for services at Rivertown?
We do require appointments for patient visits and procedures at our animal hospital. It allows us to work patiently with you and your pet as well as get you in and out of our offices in an efficient way by reducing wait times. Surgical and Dental services require advanced scheduling. And we offer convenient "Drop Off" appointments where a patient can be dropped off in the morning and picked up later in the afternoon to accommodate client work schedules and often get patients in sooner than an in-room appointment request.
Does Rivertown offer boarding services?
We no longer provide boarding services. One lesson learned by the pandemic is that we were able to see more patients per day when our boarding services were shut down. Rivertown made the decision to forgo our boarding services as a result, to better serve our patients medical needs.
