Ive been to this dental office twice now, but since I received the same excellent experience the second time I went, I just had to let people know. First off, the front dest is so polite and made it super easy to fill out the necessary paperwork. I didn't have to wait long in the lobby which tells me that they do a good job not overbooking with patients. Both the hygenist and dentist introduced themselves to me and gave details as to what the procedure entailed, rather than just ask me to open up and be quiet. The offer the laughing gas which really really took the edge off. The dentist constantly reassured me that I was going well throughout the procedure and continued to ask how I was feeling during my time there. This was the first time in my adult life that I actaully felt comfortable and relaxed at the dental office. Dr. Hall was very professional and thorough with her instructions for home care and the medications I took home. I even received correspondence days later concerning how I was feeling. I work very hard and it's a wonderful feeling giving my hard earned coin to a business that makes it their to please their customers. I'm so glad I found the perfect place for my smile.
