We loved our townhome 5A. but when we went to leave on a Saturday morning at 5:30 AM we were unable to get into the parking garage to our rental car because our key wouldn’t work . We had a flight at 7:30am out of Eagle Vail which we almost missed. Nobody was on staff and we finally got a maintenance person from the Westin to get us into the garage . The emergency number was no help . I sent an email to the property manage and never received any response.
