Riverfront Cottages and RV Resort in Bullhead City, AZ, offers RV spaces and fully furnished cottages on the Colorado River. We are open year round with great amenities to help you relax and unwind. Whether you want to sit by our heated pool and spa or walk along our sandy beach you will enjoy the refreshing view of the Colorado River. Other amenities include swimming, fishing from our private dock, bring your boat or water toys and ride on the River, or watching the game or play cards in our clubhouse. At night you can sit by the fire pits and enjoy the Laughlin Casino lights.

- BCBonnie ConstableDec 31, 20245.0Brandie, hubby & daughter are great ppl, if I needed something they wer right there to help, above & beyond, all the food Brandie makes for the pot lucks is fantastic, great ppl stay there as well from all over North America!!! The pool is 89F & Hot Tub is 104F !!! Handy to Laughlin or Las Vegas if u want!!! Accommodations wer great as well, clean & handy items to start u off!! My coffee pot wasn’t working right & Brandie replaced immediately!!! Plus right out ur window is The Beautiful Colorado River!

We saw this property online and gave it a shot because she offers weekly and monthly rates, plus it's gated which we love. BEST DECISION EVER!!!!! Our unit is not just "furnished," it is FULLY STOCKED!! Down to a crockpot, kiureg, and FULL KITCHEN with utensils. The king size bed is beyond comfortable!!! We are in the middle of the desert, but have amazing A/C!! The unit is super clean and up to date everything. Private beach on the Colorado, pool, clubhouse, laundry room, spa....I could go on and on. Karen definitely knows the hospitality business, and has MASTERED it!! She should seriously be teaching classes on how to run a hospitality business!! We would recommend her property to ANYONE! We literally have worked travelling the country and working hospitality in the National Parks, so we know the business well and this place is a 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating ALL DAY EVERYDAY!!
- SSSarahJun 28, 20235.0My family flew in to visit my sister Bekah and her partner who are residents here - what a lovely resort! Cannot beat the view and distance to the river, and the pool and clubhouse were such a blast to enjoy. Dan (one of the employees/residents) stepped in the help us with an AC issue and you couldn’t meet a nicer guy. We can’t wait to come back and visit in the future!
- JZJordan ZJul 11, 20225.0We stayed at the Riverfront for 2 months while working outside of Bullhead City. The Riverfront is a beautiful little resort with a nice pool, beach, and dock on the river. The cottages had everything we needed and were very comfortable throughout our stay. I would definitely here stay again!
