  NEVER IN MY DAYS HAVE I.....lived at an apartment complex that I loved and enjoyed as much as this one. Does anyone remember the fairy godmother from Cinderella? Well if you move in to Riverbend you'll be in luck because you'll have not only have 1 but 2 fairy godmothers here, Darlene and Brittany. These leasing consultants are AMAZING! From the moment I moved in here I have felt at home and cared for. They genuinely care for their residents and anytime I need something they are readily available to assist. These ladies are truly sweethearts. The maintenance guys Steve and Gabriel are also readily available to fix any issues you have. My garbage disposal stopped working and it was fixed that same day. Steve and Gabriel work really hard to maintain these apartments and they do an excellent job. These apartments are very peaceful, in walking proximity to La Brisa for those that enjoy going there. My favorite part about Riverbend is the car washing station they have. I save so much money by using their vacuum. Food trucks stop by the apartments at least once a month. Sometimes I'll be having a bad day at work and then I cheer up once I receive an automated notification from Riverbend saying that my favorite food truck, Foreign Policy, will be coming. The gym at Riverbend is another favorite of mine. It's very clean and updated with new equipment. Pool is also very clean and it doesn't get overly crowded. This is my 5th apartment complex I have ever lived in and it's by far my favorite. I can keep going with how great this place is but if you're thinking about moving here, just do it! You won't regret it.

  I lived at Riverbend for about two years and absolutely loved my 3-bedroom apartment! I rarely had any maintenance issues, and whenever something did come up, the team responded quickly and efficiently. It’s a quiet, small community with convenient highway access—and you can’t beat having La Brisas right next door for margaritas

  I love these apartments but the rates are too expensive. There are far, far newer complexes in the area for cheaper or the same price.

  Just recently moved in and had an excellent experience. Brittany was a big help along with the rest of the staff here. Looking forward to spending many years here at Riverbend!

  This place has been HOME for over 3 years now and the staff makes you feel like family from the time you walk in the door looking! They are very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. The maintenance staff manager Gabriel is AMAZING!! And they get whatever maintenance needs done quickly. Not only does the Office manager Darlene go out of way to help, but she even takes time out of her BUSY schedule to come and play with the kids. I highly recommend Riverbend if you are looking for a new apartment complex to call HOME!
