The young man did a super job. I had forgotten that my tv had a remote. All I ever use is the dish remote. I finally realized what he was talking about. I would recommend River Valley Satellite to anyone.

The Dish Store on Parkway, in Russellville, is one of the few businesses that offers customers a true concern for their needs and will stick with the Dish customer to resolve any problems. Jonathan Dickey, business owner, came to my house and fixed a problem that had nothing to do with Dish service! He was so kind and helpful and he wasn’t in a big hurry, he explained everything he was doing! I am very thankful we have a business in Russellville that values kindness.
