These guys do a magnificent job in repairs. Yes they take a long time but If your piece is precious and valuable it is worth the wait. I would trust anyone else.

I dropped a heavy metal finial on my Client's crystal lamp & cracked the base. RO Glass Repair did an awesome job repairing it for me! Not only are they a delight to work with but they were extremely quick which was a relief considering it was my client's lamp.

I had two glass items repaired by River Oaks Glass Design and Repair and I was delighted by the results. You could not even say that my glass items were ever broken. They repaired an antique Murano Glass large vase and a clear crystal candy dish. Tim and Ed are very pleasant and professional. It does take months to get your repairs back, but they are done perfectly and worth the wait.

MY HONEST OPINION ABOUT THIS BUSINESS – THEY’VE HAD MY FAMILY HEIRLOOM FOR 7+ MONTHS AND STILL NO CALL BACK. I brought a ceramic piece with deep sentimental value to River Oaks Glass in December 2024. This wasn’t just any item—it was a priceless heirloom passed down from my late grandmother, and I wanted it repaired and cleaned with care. I was told by a man working there that it would take about 5 months because they were backed up. That was understandable, so I agreed and paid $568.31 up front. That was over 7 months ago. Since then, I’ve been completely ghosted. I’ve called multiple times—March, April, May, June, and again today. Each time I’m told the same thing: “We’ll pass your info along” or “Someone will call you back.” Spoiler: No one ever has. I’ve stayed polite. I’ve been patient. I’ve given them chance after chance. But this business doesn’t value its customers—or their belongings. I’m furious. This isn't just about poor communication—this is about basic respect and human decency. How do you take someone’s money and treasured item, dodge calls for months, and act like it’s no big deal? If this is how they treat customers who put their trust (and heart) in them, shame on them. I sincerely hope this review makes the owner rethink how they run this shop, because right now, it’s disgraceful. IN MY OPINION, I WOULD NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS AGAIN OR RECOMMEND RIVER OAKS GLASS TO ANYONE. My call log with no incoming calls from the River Oaks Glass Design. Just outgoing calls and my receipt with Date and total.

Extremely rude on the phone and hung up before I could finish a sentence.
