  We have lived here for three years and this place has gone to the dumps. Crime has increased, cars have been broken into multiple times, shattered windows, etc. The people above us smoke pot on their balcony and nothing has been done about that either. There are no security cameras anywhere and the lights in the parking lot are always going out or off. The parking stalls are extremely small, so you can expect huge dings in your door from people being careless. The people in the office have completely changed over the past year. They complain and give you notices about everything they can find to pick on and are quick to stack on penalties for no reason. I feel like I get a notice on my door every other day. When we moved in we were told the pool area is open 7 days a week which they recently changed and the grills are never accessible because they lock the gate at 7 o'clock. I've noticed an increase in roaches as well around the property and on our balcony. The maintenance men, although nice, come in all the time with very little notice and leave your doors hanging wide open. I would NOT recommend giving them your money. Although the apartments are new and nice, it's way too expensive for what you're getting. I am terrified to move out, because I've heard they charge you an arm and a leg no matter how well you clean your apartment.
