  Went for the first time yesterday and the employees are so nice and welcoming! And it’s also the first candy shop in town to make the Viral Dubai Chocolate Bar / Dubai Chocolate Coins and they taste amazing!! Will definitely be going back often to try their other sweet treats.

  My wife and I ordered cake for our wedding and we had decided to use this bakery for our gluten free cakes. Simply put, we did not have leftovers at our wedding and the cakes looked absolutely stunning! Some of our guests even poked the Lord of the Rings cake believing it to be a book. Since we did not have any of the cake at our wedding, I went back and ordered a cake for ourselves. I think I understand why we did not have any leftovers! We got to work with Kim (the owner) when tasting and deciding on which flavors for our cakes. She made the process fun and engaging. Needless to say, we will be ordering more cakes from them in the future! Side note: Everything in that shop is tasty, it is nearly impossible to leave without purchasing something!

  I cannot say enough good things about River City Sweet Shop/Cameo Cakes Bakery! They made my wedding cake and cupcakes, several birthday cupcakes and have done specialty cupcake shooters for my stores events! They are so kind and amazing to work with! :) I would highly recommend them for your next special event!!!

  OMG the most delicous cake ball I've ever had. The four flavors I had were amazing, white chocolate, red velvet, chocolate and hands down my favorite pumpkin spice. This place is a must for your next event.

  I called to schedule my daughters birthday party and the lady that answered the phone took my information and said that their "scheduler" was out and would be in the next day and she would give me a call. I never received a phone call the next day so I called again, and the girl that answered said the "scheduler" was out! I explained that someone was supposed to get back to me and she said she would call the lady and have her call me. I never received a phone call. I called a third time (only because my 6 yr old was really looking forward to having a cupcake party), again the "scheduler" was out so the girl asked me what date I wanted to have the party and I told her, she said that she was going to call the "scheduler" as soon as we hung up and have her call me right away, again NO phone call. I gave up and booked the party somewhere else. Today (4 days before the date I wanted to have the party) I get a phone call from a girl wanting to confirm my party details, I explained to her what had happened and that I booked the party some place else, and her response was "okay well I was just told to give you a call to confirm" not a single "I'm sorry" I would give less than a one star if I could.
