  We have used River City Irrigation for years after we had our sprinkler system installed several years ago. I absolutely love that I don’t have to worry about watering our lawn. I just set the system up, the times and zone, and forget about the yard until fall. We use River City Irrigation to start our sprinkler system every year and to winterize our system in late fall. The people who look at our system every year are very courteous and assist us in diagnosing broken sprinkler heads or problems with our system. My only complaint is that the prices for their services have gone up dramatically from when I first started with them. Their customer service is hard to connect with at times when we have required assistance.

  I've tried calling three times and left messages the last month with no return calls. I have not reached a live person. Looking for a technician to come look at our system for repairs. Will try again tomorrow.

  Amazing company to help you with your landscaping - with both landscaping visions AND execution! When talking with Dennis, I was looking to update the landscaping around my house as the past owners left it looking TERRIBLE. Not really sure what I was wanting, Dennis walked me through multiple different options to help me envision what the updated landscaping could look like. He worked with through the multiple messages of me asking questions and recommendations with a timely response and always so nice and professional. When it came to the execution, I had two gentlemen that were AWESOME on the job. Easy to talk with and ask questions if I had them. The ALSO asked questions to ensure they were creating the landscaping outcome that I wanted. I cannot say enough good things about things about River City Irrigation and would recommend them, for any of the services they offer, to anyone looking! Thank you, Dennis and Team, for your hard work and helping to give my little abode a beautiful update!!!!

  I have been dealing with an essentially broken irrigation system for four years now. I was paying about $400 for annual service. Every year they come out and turn it on and I’d get an additional $300+ bill to “ replace diaphragms in this zone this zone and this zone. They’d set it to go off around 4am and I couldn’t see what was going on, all I could see was that my grass was brown and where the sprinkler heads were was green. I called, they came out, told me I needed new diaphragms and replaced some more. Same problem. I reset the start time so I could see what was going on and there was no pressure behind the water coming from the sprinkler heads. Just one little sad stream or just some bubbling and spurting from the sprinkler head. I was told the diaphragms need replaced so often because I have well water and minerals get gunked up in them. But everyone in my neighborhood has well water and every morning when I leave for work I see beautiful pressurized sprinkler systems on in all the other yards. I asked which zone was which so I could know which diaphragms were being changed each year because it seems like they say this is the problem this year, this is the problem this year… the owner (I believe) came out and gave me a map of the system because I complained that all they were doing was changing diaphragms and charging me year after year but nothing was better. He offered to change all of them at once for a LOT of money. I can’t remember if it was $600 or $900, either way it was a lot. Just before they came to winterize last year I asked my neighbor if he had to have diaphragms changed every year. He said no, they (not RCI) just come out and winterize and he starts it up and never has problems. He then came over and helped me troubleshoot it. It turns out one of the zones is constantly open and running even when that zone is no longer supposed to be running which is taking all the water pressure from all of the other zones. We uncovered a sprinkler box in the front yard that was completely covered in grass. How are you checking the system if the box is completely overgrown? And two sprinkler heads by the driveway aren’t even coming up. I just thought I had no sprinklers in that side yard. Needless to say, I’m unhappy, out hundreds and hundreds of dollars for a problem that never got solved and called a different company. I’m sad I never got the help I really needed. Thank God for great neighbors.

  These guys are the best! I love the fact that I never need to worry about my sprinklers. The grass looks better than it ever has since I've been using them for my irrigation needs. And for someone who doesn’t know much about grass, it’s nice that they let me know how long and often I need to be running the system to get the best results.
