  Great experience! We found our fireplace quickly, worked with them and the amazing gas plumbing group they recommended. I was impressed with the order to install time of about one week. Works well and is a statement piece!

  Stopped by there today to get some prices. The guy was on the phone the whole time and when we asked the lady about prices and questions she said she didn't know. We waited around for approximately 20-30 minutes and again asked if we could get some kind of help with prices and selections. She handed us a brochure with different brands of fireplaces and offered no help whatsoever. The brochure had no prices listed whatsoever. I could have stayed home and looked at Google if I just wanted to see pictures of different makes and models. That was a complete waste of time.
