- ASAnna SMay 17, 20254.0The installers were excellent. They showed up on time and finished early. They worked very neatly and were very polite. They took their time to make sure grab bars were installed at the proper height for my mother. They also took time to explain how to use the shower system. However, there was a miscommunication with the sales rep. While he was very polite and not pushy, I was very clear in my expectation that I wanted a surface that wasn't slippery. Yet, on the day of installation, the shower floor that was delivered was a very slippery surface. This delayed the project and resulted in a $600 upcharge. I was disappointed that management did nothing to meet me halfway as it was their error. If you choose to work with this company, make sure you get everything you want in a written quote upfront. Also, be sure to get your warranties in writing.

I had 2 small problems. After the workers left, I noticed the new trap had a very small leak. I called my contact at Rite and that was fixed the next day. When I first used the new shower, I noticed the door moved very hard. I called my contact again and that was fixed the next day. No more complaints. Couldn't be happier.
