  Arrogant and unprofessional service from the salesman to the cashier. Specially the salesman “Juanito”. I was shocked the way he was speaking to a customer, in embarrassment I looked around to other salesman to see if someone would say something and come to the customer’s rescue; yet, everyone seemed to accept this man’s rude and condescending behavior. As far as for my own experience, I was not helped with anything that I needed. As I explained myself for the items I was looking for, it seemed as I was speaking a foreign language, I attempted to speak to several salesman including the cashier as an effort to be assisted with what I needed, with no success I walked out of the building with a frustrated and helpless feeling that prompted me to write this review. I wonder if upper management/owner is aware of this type of behavior and if so, what are they doing to correct it? Unless this behavior is part of their business model. If so, it is hard to believe how a business allows this type of customer service.
