Several years back I moved my $ from Nusenda because they didn't appreciate my 30+ year membership, and made me do all the work to stop another member from tapping into my account. RGCU has always delivered great service, always with a smile or good humor, and I'm delighted to be a member of such a quality CU.

She always seems to have an attitude problem and is rude not only to clients but also to the staff she manages. On multiple occasions, I have personally witnessed her speaking disrespectfully to the young ladies who work there, which is unacceptable for someone in a leadership role. On my most recent visit, she had just returned from lunch, but she smelled as if she had been at a party instead—again, very unprofessional behavior. This credit union has always had a good reputation, and I have been a loyal member for many years, but with her in charge, that reputation is declining. I miss the former manager, Erick, who was always polite, respectful, and professional. If I could give this location a zero-star rating because of Rebecca, I would.
