Had a huge fraud issue lost $1800 overnight met JACKIE at the branch took command of my issue addressed every aspect to get a new account made sure all my money was back in my account within hours she is an unbelievable person providing unprecedented service I canβt adequately stress my appreciation for everything she did for me way beyond call of duty GOD BLESS JACKIE ππππ

I was banking with them for a couple years up until I ran into a dispute, they treated not only me but my family too as if we are criminals when we were just trying to figure out what is going on with OUR money. Very good beginning back in 2020, disgusting ending in 2025. I do not recommend this bank at all.. if there was a bar for human decency they'd be in hell. Cool Mariachi cards to offer thats about it lol.
