Horrible credit union. I came in today to simply open a savings account. The staff was very nice and respectful. However the policies of the credit union is too invasive. I bring my driver's licenses, passport, social security card, and birth certificate. I also had my name and address. The credit union told me that I needed to show a phone bill with the address on it or my lease. What if I was living with an family members and bills weren't in my name?? This policy is so crazy and doesn't make sense when I am simply opening a SAVINGS account!!!
I truly hope this credit union close down or fix their policies
People are trying to simply do better with their lives and this credit union putting people through hoops and ladders just to open a SAVINGS account is ridiculous.bi definitely will not try to open an account with them never in my life.
