  I made a good decision by going with Rinaldi Bros. for my roof. From start to finish,Brandon and Maikol were great. All questions and concerns were both timely and professionally addressed. I was notified in advance of everything scheduled. The crew showed up and gave me a great roof. Yuan,the crew leader understands customer service ...and it shows.It's nice to feel taken care of and have your expectations met. Thank you!!

  We had an unbelievable experience working with Rinaldi Brothers to make our vision come to life! As first time home buyers taking on a massive renovation, Matt made the experience effortless and flawless, delivering exactly what we were looking for. We hired them to install all new cedar siding, a brand new asphalt and metal roof, and a full gutter system. It’s safe to say they are the craftsman behind this beauty! I can’t recommend working with them enough.

  Professional, honest, upfront. From initial contact to final walkthrough I cannot speak highly enough of Rinaldi Brothers/Roofing from a customer relations standpoint, materials quality, and craftsmanship. Pricing was comparable to the industry for GAF products and competitive with other quotes, but the GAF Master Elite factory certified warranty exceeded several alternative quotes. You will get what you pay for, and have attention to detail with all questions answered during the process. This is a roofing and exterior construction company that knows their trade, knows how to deliver, and puts their word and name behind the work in a way that stands out in an age where these qualities are becoming less common to find. Whether you have a solid foundation of knowledge already, or know nothing about this industry, Rinaldi put the time in to discuss the details down to the fasteners they use. It exuded a pride and investment in their work that will set the standard for you by example. It did for us. Special mention to Elliott who came out multiple extra times of his own accord to provide a personalized touch while risking life and limb to thoroughly inspect the existing roofing, soffits, fascia, gutters, otherwise inaccessible vaulted trap-door attic spaces to come up with a tailored solution and custom aesthetic for facelifting the home's unique design. All aspects of materials to be used, specific work to be performed, and add-on options were broken down line-item and reviewed with demo samples. All that to say, a very specific job request was made and Rinaldi gave several solutions. You will not find that level of detail in a free estimate elsewhere. The final result was spot on, even exceeding expectations. Give that man a raise (and a rock solid LTD policy)!!! Johnny was 'on the spot' with daily updates from the job site as well as running through any problematic areas with us in-person or by photos/facetime that were found such as rot and craftsmanship issues with the original construction. These typically dreaded situations for a home owner performing renovations and coming across inherited surprises were taken care of with ease. Options/quotes for repairs or retrofitting were presented same-day by Johnny each time and at very reasonable prices that by simple math came in near material cost/labor if not under that due to these repairs extending timelines. These were quite obvious retrofit/repair needs and came with no impression of "upcharges". Due to the house's existing design, this was NOT an easy job, and required finding a company that built a bond of trust while earning our respect. This group is humble despite their track-record and ability. Between Elliott, Johnny, and Matt Rinaldi, the job was done and done RIGHT. At the risk of coming across as an obvious schill, their motto holds true: Done Right the First Time. Actually, as a very satisfied first-time customer of Rinaldi, I'll happily schill for this company and will be going with them to replace the decks next.

  Had my roof replaced today because it was nearing 30 years old. Had seen Rinaldi trucks going up my street from time to time so I decided to call them. Kaleb (sales person) came, looked over what had to be done and provided a quote the next day. A day was set and Brandon called and let me know when the crew would be here. They arrived on time and worked all day until dark. They came the next day to finish the job which was beautiful. They did an excellent job of preventing damage to my bushes and flowers surrounding the house. They did an excellent job of cleaning up after the job was done. Could hardly tell that major roofing work was done. Brandon kept me informed the whole time and after the work was done, walked around the house with me and explained everything that was done. Would highly recommend this company. They have great employees!

  This company is amazing from start to finish. I had them out ti see if I needed a new roof on my house. Elliott from sales came out and did a thorough inspection of my roof and attic. He discovered mold in the attic and a squishy roof due to (as he explained) incorrect airflow in the attic. He was excellent at explaining things so I could easily understand them. He is friendly and respectful. Adriano Rivera was the project manager. Wow! He was very kind and patient with me (I tend to ask a lot of questions). When he realized how interested I was, he showed me pictures of the progress so I was able to see all the things that were wrong with the old roof that led me to having to replace it. Adriano was very easy to understand. Very educated in the roofing process and the science behind a good functional roof. He went above and beyond. I couldn’t be more pleased. His crew was very considerate if my property. The men worked hard all day. I never saw anyone standing around with nothing to do. They cleaned up my property beautifully. The office staff at Rinaldi are wonderful to deal with also. What a great experience. Thank you Adriano and Elliott for guiding me through this process. I highly recommend this great company!
