  I had been taking the family dogs and cats to Dr Lucas Proctor since I moved here years and years ago, he and his staff have been caring for all of them with the best care possible , some times in a very difficult health situations our pets went thru , sometimes just regular care and even sometimes rescue dogs and cats too and all the time they provide my entire family of 4 paws and also humans with the most care possible using a most sense approach to the situations and never ever denies us an opportunity of survival when there was a way to go, but also he was very frank in a good way ,enough to let us know when it was time to let them go . In my opinion he has “the most natural way approach” to the situations presented with , which to me is the best for the animals. For all of it …. Thank you dr proctor , staff and family . Too many good ones under the same roof , which is very important for people who cares for their fury friends…!

  The staff there are WONDERFUL. Been there for awhile with my furry kids. Love this place. AWESOME

  Today was a very bad visit a Rigsby vet clinic,the vet tech came in the room with a nasty attitude and was very rude and argumentive he scared my dog, had him shaking and had me shaking ,I've been going to this office for twenty years .and never have I been treated so badly by someone working at a vet's office . There wasn't even anyone to make a complaint to .seemed like they didn't care about my complaint. Or how the tech treated us. Sorry to say I will be seeking another vet clinic asap.
