Benjamin and Dean were both super professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. You should very much trust a company that tries to do things the "right way" the first time so they don't have to see you again. Case in point: they had to come in and fix a shoddy repair from a shady technician from just over a year ago.

- PPPrisilia ParamitaOct 2, 20251.0tldr: make sure you check other company and get other estimates to compare because Right Way Garage Doors estimate is the highest by ~40% than other company. We are shopping for a new garage door for our renovation project and saw that Costco has an offer for some Costco cash card if we go through them. We have been looking for Amarr brand and that was exactly what Costco offered, so I filled out the form and Right Way Garage Doors contacted me to schedule an estimate. I told them I can't be there but since the jobsite is under construction, they can come and there will always be someone there working. They sent me an estimate that is ~40% more than other estimate(theirs is $49xx and other company for the exact same items is $35xx). I was told they can match if I show them the other local estimates, so I sent them the other estimate I had. He confirmed it was for the exact same item but they said the price is too low and that he'll call me back the next day. In the morning I received a copy of the customer recap form and the answer they put in there is very rude and not truthful. I texted and called him to give him a chance to redeem himself, but he's just gone. So, the reason why we don't purchase the garage door from them: their price is so high even if you get the Costco card, the price from other place is still cheaper by a lot. Plus, they are rude and unprofessional.
