  Owner is very condescending and overall nasty. Yelled at one of my kids because they touched the furniture. He said you can't read the sign i honestly didn't see it but this guy just keeps going on and on about the sign. You would think he owns the Smithsonian the way he was complaining. Also he's too expensive. One of the worst stores on Fresh Pond.

  Horrible customer service. I paid $100 for registration. Which you not able to see website items until registration fee is paid. thinking the online website have business supplies and officer items needed for my business. You can’t even build business credit when there is only 4 items per category, that you don’t need to purchase because it’s over priced and they don’t offer whole sale prices. It’s a scam, refuse to refund money for services they can’t provide. They have dollar tree items only for Halloween. Warning think before applying for net 30 with this company and they refuse to cancel membership until 30 days before your next $100 purchase. What they waiting for people to forget they have a membership so they can continue robbing people for membership fees, cause they definitely can’t provide products needed.   Very friendly staff. The place is small but they generally have what I need. Good to have a store like this in the neighborhood.
