Changed our mind real soon, no checks we ever initiated, so we get a full refund on our credit card or we thought. We have sent this office staff about four screen shots of our credit card bill showing purchase Ridgewood, Now they want us to fill out a W-9 Form. WHY!!! Just refund our money back to our credit card that was pretty simple. PLEASE KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMMUNITY. Especially the ladies that handle the office.
