  As parents, we moved our daughter in from out of state and I will say Jim and Steve far exceeded our expectations. Without asking, they assisted us with moving in and loaned a hand truck on more than one occasion. Great guys, very personable and willing to go the extra mile for our daughter. The grounds and pool are in great shape. While I didn’t have the pleasure to interact with Malana, I know our daughter spoke highly of how hard she worked and followed through to ensure a smooth transition. The welcoming atmosphere that their collective good will created really puts a parent at ease. Can’t say enough good things. Thanks so much! Darin

  I stayed at this apartment for two years and had a truly positive experience. One of the standout aspects was the exceptional front office staff—especially Malana—who consistently responded to messages with impressive speed and professionalism. It made a huge difference knowing any concern would be acknowledged almost immediately. Even after I moved out, Malana continued to go above and beyond—she responded to my email almost a year later when a package was mistakenly delivered to my old address. She quickly contacted the current tenants and helped ensure the package was returned to me. She is truly awesome! The maintenance team was equally reliable. Every request I submitted was addressed within a day. The location is also incredibly convenient—situated right across from a bus stop that takes you directly to Franklin Street in about 10 minutes. Whether it was commuting to UNC or heading out for errands or fun, getting around was never a hassle. Overall, I’d highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a well-managed, responsive, and conveniently located place to live. It truly felt like home, and I find myself missing it. If you're considering renting here—don’t think twice!

  I didn't get off the waitlist for my college dorm. After speaking with Malana at Ridgewood's office, I was able to find housing through a simple process. I highly recommend!

  I have really enjoyed my time here at Ridgewood. Isvela, Malana, and the maintenance staff have all been amazing and extremely responsive. The price is extremely fair for Carrboro and the property is extremely kept up. I am sad to be moving in July, as I really enjoyed my time here at Ridgewood apartments.

  Ridgewood Apartments are in such a great location! So close to the popular Franklin St. being close to downtown Chapel Hill has been a plus for my young daughter and I. Updated appliances, washer/dryer included, and spacious kitchen. We loved the pool this past summer!
