Ride Powersports carts are all LSVs (Low Speed Vehicles), DOT approved, street legal carts. The federally mandated speed is 25 MPH. Ohio law states LSVs can travel on roads 35 mph or less and can cross over 45mph & 55mph at intersections. Municipalities can change the allowable road speed if they choose to.
