I am so very pleased with my experience with Ricky Sanchez - State Farm!
I decided to explore auto insurance quotes when my previous insurer of 18 years continued to raise my rates, despite my being a safe driver and having excellent credit. I had requested quotes from State Farm, as well as from one other company, and State Farm was above and beyond the winner. I am paying almost half of what I was with my previous insurer for an identical policy, except that I actually chose to add one additional coverage with State Farm.
I was able to communicate via email and text with Ricky, as well as Jisselys, who walked me through every step up to the phone call required to get my new policy going. Jisselys was not only professional and knowledgeable - she was kind and easy to talk with.
I am very happy to have switched over to State Farm and am hopeful for an excellent experience going forward!

Sophia was fabulous..had to install a new safe drive monitor..i have an old cellphone..she was patient , knowledgeable and we got it hooked up!
