  Before you read, there’s another agent in Cedar Hill. Consider them as this office is a joke. This agent and his team with the exception of two people are incompetent. And again, they are a reflection of the agent, this agent had several accounts of mine and somehow him and his team found a way to lose all of them. The most recent issue is that my life insurance company as cancelled with no notice, because this team updated the account partially with my new address 5 months ago but not the full system. This is unacceptable as they have my number and could have called, just like they have called so many times trying to solicit my business. A fully paid policy is with a card on file and no payment was made on the interest? Totally unacceptable. Not to mention they have given me 3 different amounts owed. Mikayla is nice and bubbly but doesn’t understand business or the seriousness of this matter. Cali is the only one knowledgeable but she can only do so much. I’m calling the Bloomington office.
