- LZLee ZhuAug 28, 20255.0I would like to thank Bill and Evan for their work at my home. About a month ago, Bill and Evan replaced a garden faucet in my house. After the completion of this job, Bill found a leak in the drain pipe for the kitchen sink, which was half-hidden in the partition wall on the first floor. It turned out that this leak had been going on for many years, and damage caused by it had to be repaired by a carpenter. If this leak remained unnoticed, it would cause more damages. After a carpenter had completed the repair from water damage, Bill and Evan came to repair the leak in the drain pipe. Bill suggested that the best solution to the problem was to install a new drain pipe for the kitchen sink and abandon the leaking pipe, because it was hidden in a partition wall and not easily accessible. This solution saved me a lot of money Bill and Evan did a fantastic job in installing a new drain pipe.

- AAAnthony AldorasiAug 18, 20255.0I needed to replace my sink, faucet and garbage disposal and as someone who manages to do a minimum of 10 trips to and from Home Depot I deemed this project to only be done by someone who knows what they're doing. While looking through 10's of other plumbers I came across Rick's pluming service. Looking at the reviews I figured I'd give them a call. I did and they sent someone to come look at the project at hand and a few hours later, a quote had hit my inbox. It wasn't a cheap one but this job had to be done. Just like Nike, I said lets just do it. RPS then setup a date and sent the best plumbing team I could ask for. Jonathan and Eddie showed up and did a fantastic job. I had bought all the equipment prior and both Jonathan and Eddie made the project a success. Jonathan answered every single question I threw at him and also taught me a few things. Now, it's almost a week later and everything is still solid. No drips, perfect flow and my disposal is humming like a champ. And not a single trip to Home Depot was needed. I have a few more plumbing projects down the line and without a doubt, I will be calling Rick's again.
