  Kim assisted my wife and I with our 20th anniversary band. We have a tradition of every 5th wedding anniversary I buy my wife a new wedding band. Being this was our 20th I wanted to have one custom platinum and sapphire band made for her. Kim allowed us to view the different styles of ready made rings from different designers so my wife could find the design she wanted. Once we settled on a design we selected the stone shapes, metal, etc. Total time to receive it was 4 weeks which is understandable. My wife loved the ring and I was impressed with the craftsmanship.

  Best customer service of any store I've ever been to! I went in to get my watch resized and I was treated like a King as soon as I walked in the store. I was escorted back to a waiting area by a very nice young lady and she even made me a cup of coffee. After a short wait, a young man named Tracy raved about my watch and then took 3.5 links out of the band and it fit perfectly. I asked him how much I owed him and he said nothing and said to bring it back any time I need a repair or a battery replacement. Thanks to all of the employees at Richter and Phillips for a great experience!

  Eric Richter and his team are absolutely amazing! We have purchased multiple pieces of jewelry from him. He takes the time to listen to exactly what we want and doesn’t stop until he finds it. He always makes us feel like his number one customer. Each time we have purchased from them the store has gone above and beyond and we have received nothing but top-tier jewelry.

  My boyfriend and I were paired with Heather for our engagement ring consultation. Heather was first and foremost absolutely wonderful! She was super personable and knowledgeable, and helped make the process a lot less nerve wracking!! There was no pressure to buy, and she showed much interest in understanding us and what we wanted/were comfortable with. Overall an amazing experience!! I would give her more than 5 stars if possible!

  John and I worked with Kevin & Kim. They made the experience very fun while educating us on diamonds and wedding bands. I specifically appreciated Kim’s help with choosing a wedding band. She knew my job would be somewhat hard on my rings and she steered me toward rings that could handle the workload. Kevin knew exactly what “look and feel” we were going for and worked within our price range to help us find the most beautiful diamond and its custom setting! It’s always a lovely experience stopping in to Richter & Phillips, we can’t say enough about all of our experiences.
