  Knowledgeable, accommodating vets. My cat is skittish and they allowed me to wait in my car when there was an ill-trained dog in the lobby, allowed me to accompany him during his entire exam and nail trim, and asked before doing anything potentially distressing. I will absolutely be coming back.

  My friend who was ill asked me to take her 8 lbs fur Baby. To this Vet office. Twice once for ears with staff no Doc needed. then Doc Apt Next day. I must say how impressed I was with the staff 1st day little Cody went right with the nurse. Next Day. Was just as nice . Got there was late . And apologized. They were fine I sat down then called back for doctor's apt. Sat in a small clean room. 2 Ladies came in got Cody and checked him. They were very thorough. Extremely nice explained everything to me so I can share with my friend. This was a very very nice veterinarians office I was impressed with the veterinarian and her assistant. This is an awesome office very clean. To I even suggested that I might even bring my pets there as I have taken my pets for over 25 years to a different veterinarian whom I love, yet now is on the other side of town. So l have options , that's how much I liked this Vet Clinic. So if you're thinking of a new vet and you're close to Richmond road this is a great one for you. Hope this helps your decision if you were looking for one.

  These were the veterinarians I went to when I lived in Lexington. They helped to save my cat's life when she had kidney issues. They also boarded her and took great care of her. My other cate is a very spicy male cat and they handled him like a champ when it was time to give him his shots. They are fantastic, I really recommend!

  I’ve been bringing my cats to see Dr. Smith and Dr. Holaday for the last 10 years. I lost one in 2017 and last Friday I had to make the decision to let my 20 year old cat go. Jasper had declined in health the last few weeks. Through the years he’s had multiple things wrong with him including cancer, which Dr. Smith successfully removed and gave him 7 more years. The staff have always been kind, caring and considerate of my needs as well as what is best for my fur babies. I’ve never waited very long for a visit and the office is always clean. I’m not sure how they compare in price to other vets, but quality of care was my top priority and it’s always been worth the cost. I drove him back from DC because I trusted this office with helping me in every aspect. They were able to get me in last minute for a quality of life assessment and then let me take my sweet boy back home for a few hours and then come back later in the day. Ending his life was the most difficult decision in my life, but Dr. Smith showed compassion and understanding and I feel helped me make the right decision regardless of how hard it was. I didn’t feel rushed and trusted him to give me the most honest opinion, which is what I needed. He spent time with us and talked me through everything and gave me the time I needed to say goodbye. The staff were very helpful in taking care of my final wishes for Jasper and I think the price was very reasonable. I’m beyond thankful to had found them when I first moved and cannot be more grateful for the care my babies received. Thank you for what you do. Even on the hard days. Christine.

  Sadly, we had to let go of our two beloved dogs in just 2 months. Dr. Smith and his staff exhibited the most caring and kind attitude to us and our dear Ollie and Sam during the procedures and when scheduling them. Both of our fur kids had received their care with the clinic and we were extremely happy with each visit. And, when it was time to say goodbye forever, the staff’s true love for animals and their owners got us through the difficult time. Last, we appreciated the beautiful condolence cards with the handwritten signatures of the office staff and doctors. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
