  Honestly, we’re not sure why there are so many five-star reviews. Jennifer rarely replies to emails or returns phone calls. We hope she sees this review and returns the call. Most recently, we requested a copy of the CFP declaration page through multiple emails and phone calls, but after a week, we still received no response. The renewal of the CID policy was doubled after one year, and canceling it felt like pulling teeth. Two weeks after sending our cancellation request, we are still waiting for the refund check. Please send the refund check as soon as possible.
