  Picked up an order to take some so didn’t dine in. They usually give us a whole bottle of bbq sauce of our choice when we place that big of an order and offer silverware and napkins and plates but none of that was offered this time. Food was good and ready on time.

  Being from Texas. It was nice to have good BBQ in Colorado. The restaurant was very nice inside and the staff was great

  Not many beer options for those who don't want a cocktail. Food was quite underwhelming for the price. All 3 people at the table (including myself) ordered the St Louis style ribs as one of the meats and they were served lukewarm--flavor was uninspiring. The brisket I ordered had decent smoke flavor but I was expecting it to be a bit more moist and tender. The Smoked Sausage was actually the highlight of the Three Meat Platter I ordered, with a strong, rich smokey flavor. Note that there was an upcharge for the Brisket and Smoked Sausage on the Three Meat Platter, which was not mentioned on the menu. The Green Beans side definitely just tasted like canned green beans with some seasoning thrown in them. The fries were nothing special. The server was polite but seemed to take excessively long to bring us our drinks, considering the restaurant did not seem that busy. She also did not remove the "Consumer Fee" when we payed in cash until it was pointed out to her. In summary, I would look at other places to eat when staying in Rifle.
