  I had a consultation with Mary about a year ago to chat about opening my small business. She was very nice and helpful at the time. However, now that I am officially opening my business, she has gone MIA. I emailed her back in February...no response. Again in May...no response. I called three times (all spread out so I didn't irritate them) and the lady at the front desk seemed nice and helpful; however, I was told I would get a call back after each phone call, and never did. A simple email or phone call stating you can or can't take by business would be great. It's simple.

  Great experience and very knowledgeable and professional. Ms Reynolds was very thorough and took the time with us to make sure all our questions were answered. Could not be more pleases as a loyal client . Highly recommend.
