He explained and took time with our tenant and then took the time to go over the steps he took with me. I was so impressed, I asked how much for the inspection and when he told me it was a free inspection, I actually was shocked, nothing is free in todays world. The fact that he was honest and did not try to make us get service that was unnecessary makes me trust calling them again if we did need something in the future. Also, I had called about 4 companies before calling RestoPros and this was the only one that a human answered and not an automated answering service.

Luckily, I was put in touch with Sean who was very calm. He explained a variety of things and, to my surprise, he wasn’t pushy. I needed time to talk to family and do research and he gave me the space to do so. Restopros helped us with insurance. They were also very patient as we muddled through understating the claim and financials. After initial agreement for services, they promptly came out and made sure the environment was safe and healthy. The work that was done, was done well. We highly recommend for restoration.
