  I just completed my second emergency flood remediation project with RestoPros. The first time, one of the larger restoration companies was brought in initially. Their work was sloppy and their billing was out of control. They completely took advantage of a very bad flood situation. I quickly fired this company, and Ivan Osipov of RestoPros came in behind them and abated the water damage on a timely and highly professional basis. There would have been serious long term water damage if the original restoration company was allowed to finish the project, and the cost would have been astronomical. RestoPros cost was very reasonable and the quality of the water remediation was excellent. This past week, I experienced another unfortunate flood. I immediately called Ivan of RestoPros. He was there within 90 minutes, and after several days of drying the house out, there is no evidence there was ever a flood. Just paid the bill and was thrilled how reasonable it was. I highly recommend Ivan and RestoPros. They are very reasonable and the work is top quality.
