I really appreciate Resting Rainbow for what they did during my hard time. I would like to especially highlight Sam, I came in with my pet and I was an absolute mess. Sam had me laughing within a few minutes. Sam was very helpful assisting me with the many options they offer for my pet and just made the overall very sad day a better experience. Thank you all again for taking care of my meow meow.

Resting Rainbow was beyond professional, kind, and compassionate when I brought my late father's beloved cockatiel Junior in for crematory services. I apologize for misplacing the name of the gentleman who handled her affairs, but he went above and beyond to make sure Junior was handled with sensitivity and grace. He is very passionate about animals and is definitely following his calling. We had such a wonderful conversation and he provided me with many resources and unexpected mementos. Thank you Resting Rainbow!

I recently had to say goodbye to my beloved pet, and during such an emotional time, I’m incredibly grateful for the care and professionalism shown by Resting Rainbow. From the moment they picked up my pet, they treated him with the utmost respect and handled everything with great compassion. The entire cremation process was handled efficiently, and they made sure to update me every step of the way. What truly stood out was how they went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and supported. The attention to detail in the way they returned my pet’s remains was incredibly thoughtful. I was given a variety of options, and they provided me with a lot of information to help me make the best decision for my family. During such a tough time, it’s hard to put into words how much their kindness and professionalism meant. I would highly recommend Resting Rainbow to anyone in need of their services.

We used Resting Rainbow for an at-home euthanasia service, which included the cremation services. The cremation services were fine. The euthanasia experience was traumatic. Some facts about our experience: • The vet didn't say or ask our dog's name. He called her "he" or "him" repeatedly even after being corrected. Her name (Bella) was explicitly feminine and she wore a pink collar. I can only assume he didn’t know her name. • The vet pushed to do the procedure outside “for better lighting” and on a table. We settled for a couch outside. This is not the setting we anticipated by any stretch. • Minutes before euthanasia, the vet asked how much I paid for the service. This was totally inappropriate at the time. • They came and left in about 15 minutes. 5pm appointment, gone by 5:06 (started a little early). After the injection, they packed up, hovered, and made us feel like our mourning was an inconvenience. Never asked if we needed a minute. My wife felt like she never got to say goodbye. • After euthanasia, the assistant lifted her by all four limbs like a rotisserie chicken. Her head and neck flopped in front of us. No towel, no gurney. • At this point, we had no paperwork (other than an electronic receipt of payment) and no idea where our dog was going, despite asking the two men in our house. Afterward: • I requested the vet’s name and license from the CEO. He claimed he was waiting on it (so he didn’t already have it?). I was never even given his first/last name. I asked for these details both via email and over the phone and waited 5 business days to get them. Nothing. • The CEO admitted this was the second “disaster” involving this vet and said his contract was terminated after my feedback. • They delivered her ashes 8 days after euthanasia and requested I sign an authorization/release of liability that clearly says "This authorization form is required to be completed and signed PRIOR to the final disposition of your pet." We chose this company because they had many locations and generally good reviews, but this was an experience we will never forget for all the wrong reasons. Our goal was to let our dog spend her final moments in the comfort of our home, with dignity and compassion. That is not at all what we got.

Wonderful experience. New ownership of the location formerly known as All Heavenly Creatures. Everyone I spoke with (Nicholas, Sam, Alex) were very nice. My little rabbit was cremated and presented in such a lovely and caring manner. Thank you for your services.
