They answered the phone in the middle of the night, they came to my home to pick up my pet, kept me updated with calls throughout the process, and then delivered the ashes of my dear pet in the urn I had selected. We called a couple of cremation services and Richard at Resting Rainbow sid he was working on a job but that he would personally come over as soon as he was finished. He came over and spoke to us about Puck and what services he could provide. He was personable and empathetic and listened to what our wishes were. He gave us a time line and kept in contact to let us know what was happening. When we picked our guy up he was so great to deal with. Explained everything that had been done for Puck. Richard is EXACTLY the kind of guy you want to deal with at such a sad and devastating time. Cant recommend him enough.
