I am not a current client of Resolvium due to some financial issues on my end but I will be absolutely honest here..... The services they offer are some of the best I have heard. Don't pay a divorce attorney to fight when it should be a civil agreement. That is exactly what Resolvium tries to do. The owner literally called me on a Saturday afternoon and gracefully took out 30 minutes of his time. He didn't once push a sale. He gave nothing but facts and a rational mindset. I honestly wish we found them way before 10K was wasted on attorney fees. They will eat you, just ask. Thanks for the 30 min call and looking forward to working with you if it fits.

Tim Dowling accommodated us last minute and explained everything clearly and thoroughly, guiding us through each step. We feel very comfortable moving forward with him.

We had the unfortunate displeasure of getting the owner of this company as our mediator — Timothy Patrick Dowling. We did the 5-Day divorce program and 6 months laters and double the fees, we had agreed on only one item. Just one! He constantly made derogatory and misogynistic comments about our past financial choices, pushed for Shuttle Diplomacy on day 2 (!) so any chance of improved communication went out the window. When I tried advocating for myself he would twist my words and make it seem like I’m asking for something unethical so I had to resort only written communication with him. He was also VERY good at catastrophizing litigation to scare us into giving his firm more time and money. We would have been better off monetarily and mentally going through litigation, which we ended up having to do anyway!! I truly wish I’d never looked into this place. If you’re looking for a good mediator, I strongly suggest you find another firm.
