  Preston and Lorin are the best! Great neighbors and amazing location! The pool is great and the gym is always clean and neat!

  Everything I was told on the phone when I made my tour appointment was not what I was told at the tour. Prices were alot more . The pet deposit and monthly price is for each pet . The special that was posted that I asked about was told wasn't a current special but its still posted on their website . Very misleading on basically everything.

  Since I moved-in in May of 2024, the property manager, Lorin, and the maintenance manager, Preston, have been nothing but accommodating and supportive. The amenities on-site are a one-minute walk from the apartments, making it easy to do laundry, workout, and overall, enjoy the property scenery. Residences on Carr Hill is located roughly 5 minutes from a Walmart, numerous gas stations, and restaurants, making it super convenient to access all your necessary supplies and needs. Residences on Carr Hill is a perfect fit!

  We love it here so far. The maintenance man is great, so friendly & fixes anything I bring to his attention right away. My kids just wish they had a playground or basketball goal!
