  It's so nice to finally have a maintenance team that cares. Luis and Adam are going above and beyond fixing things the right way. They are always helpful, available when needed and kind. Never seem annoyed or talking down like previous maintenance guy. When they come in they work on things until it's actually fixed verses staring at it and letting it go for weeks with a bunch of excuses. They are always friendly and really making the place a better place to live. We were hesitant on resigning but definitely see a difference and it's worth another year. Constance is always helpful and genuinely cares for residence. She's a great asset to that office. The change is definitely a better decision for this complex.

  I lived in this place and my stay was very nice and quiet and the areas are always clean and you have a park for the children and very important recreation areas and they are well located to all the stores

  Such a shame. My wife, son and I lived here for nearly two years and it was such a pleasant experience until the last few weeks before we moved out. We booked the club room months in advance and called to make sure we were in the clear two weeks prior that we were good to go. A week later we go to pick up a package and were told that the club room is now closed with no other warning. We were supposed to get that $100 dollars back on our security deposit refund but did not and also got charged 2 months of water bills taken out of the security deposit refund. Ever since Carol (former property manager) left the company early 2020, it has gone downhill. Please take heed of other negative reviews on google and do not consider this place if you're looking for an even somewhat decent place to live.

  I’ve lived here for a year (was so sad to move for job purposes) and cannot say enough good things about the grounds and management! Michael and Stetson are absolutely fantastic. Work orders always happened in a super timely manner, and made sure I was satisfied before leaving. Since moving I lost a water bill in the process and they gave me 0 trouble about it, and held my mail for me as I’ve had trouble with my forwarding address while moving as well. ALSO- was extremely rare I EVER heard anyone below or above me (was located on the second floor)- the walls are THICK! Thank you so, so much Residences at Century; I miss it there already!
